Study guides and Presentations
This page contains the study guides (.pdf) and presentations (.pps). The study guides contain additional information on the topics covered in each chapter. They contain materials that were not included in the book due to space and scope constraints. The study guides are for exploring the topics further. I have provided the study guides only for those chapters, which in my opinion, require more comprehensive coverage.
The presentations contain the highlights or the major points of each chapter and are meant for instructional and training purposes, where the different points are explained and elaborated.
