With your experience you should choose any of the manufacturing or inventory related ERP modules. I would suggest you should go for SAP. The main reason is that SAP is the largest ERP vendor in the world with the largest installed base and has more than 25% market share. The chances of getting a job here or abroad is better with SAP than with BaaN. But if you some specific organizations that have BaaN and want to join them then you should get training in BaaN.

So you can decide on which course to join depending on your preferences. But irrespective of the vendor (SAP or BaaN) you choose make sure that you get the training from the authorized training centers (SAP has something called Sapient College for giving training). You can get more information at http://www.sap.com/services/education/index.aspx. BaaN also has authorized training centers.
